1. General By placing an order on miromor.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Products All jewelry sold by Miromor is 18k gold plated over stainless steel. While our plating is designed for durability, natural wear over time is expected. We recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, perfume, sweat, and harsh chemicals to maintain the finish.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods listed at checkout.
4. Orders & Cancellations Orders are processed expeditiously and cannot be cancelled once placed, reflecting our commitment to timely delivery.
5. Shipping We aim to dispatch orders within 5-7 business days. Delivery timelines vary by location. Miromor is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
6. Returns & Exchanges We accept return request within 24 hours of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible. Sale items are final sale.
7. Allergies & Sensitivities Our jewelry contains stainless steel and gold plating. While generally hypoallergenic, individual sensitivities vary. Miromor is not liable for any adverse skin reactions.
8. Intellectual Property All content on miromor.com — including images, text, and branding — is the property of Miromor and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability Miromor's liability is limited to the value of the purchased item. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
